Intuit, Inc. in the United States is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering hands-on tax preparation and trusted advisory services to local clients.

You will partner with specialists to address personal and business tax needs, grow the local client base through community outreach, and ensure an end-to-end, best-in-class customer experience that supports long‑term financial well‑being.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.Familiarity with Circular 230

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador by growing local TurboTax client base and organizing events.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by linking clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build relationships to turn one-time transactions into long-term clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
