Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You’ll provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support to in-person and remote clients, while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. As the local face of TurboTax, you’ll grow the client base, build relationships in the community, and deliver an exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver end-to-end tax solutions in plain, client-friendly language.
