Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and personalized guidance at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, offering tax advice, prepare returns, and coordinate with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless Intuit experience. As a local ambassador, you’ll build your client base through outreach, workshops, and partnerships while upskilling into additional services.

Qualifications

• Must have professional tax preparation credentials and experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes and work with clients.
• Onsite in a TurboTax location with flexible hours during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
