Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full‑service tax return preparation, offer expert tax guidance, and support customers using TurboTax products while collaborating with a broader team of specialists. You'll help grow the local TurboTax client base, build lasting relationships, and connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with provided training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office; typical hours 8am–5pm Mon–Fri for at least 20 hours/week; training may increase.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising; must be comfortable with branding.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
