Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare taxes on-site, advise clients, and connect them with Intuit services. You’ll build local relationships, serve both in-person and virtual clients, and drive community growth at TurboTax locations across the U.S.

The role emphasizes full-service tax preparation, ongoing client engagement, and collaboration with a broader team of specialists to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040s with professional software.
• Willing to work onsite and commit to training as needed.
• Interest in upskilling into broader services with Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns.
• Act as a proactive local ambassador to grow the client base.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class experience.
• Represent Intuit in community events and marketing initiatives.
