Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts. You’ll provide hands-on tax prep and expert advice at a local TurboTax site, serving in-person and virtual clients. You’ll connect customers with broader Intuit services and build lasting relationships within the community.

You’ll work onsite with flexible hours, engage in marketing and outreach, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios while delivering top-tier service.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes is required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Build and grow a local client base with community outreach and referrals.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Develop long-term relationships and deliver year-round support with a personal approach.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience, guiding clients toward financial goals.
• Engage in on-site and virtual client interactions using Intuit tools.
