Intuit is seeking experienced TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full‑service tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will work onsite with a team, serving in‑person and virtual clients and helping them maximize refunds while minimizing tax liabilities.

Roles include expanding the local client base, delivering end‑to‑end service with other Intuit specialists, and representing the brand in community events.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney credential preferred; active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Requires onsite work at a TurboTax location; 20+ hours/week; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem partners (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to serve clients end-to-end.
• Deliver excellent customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
