Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support clients with complex scenarios while collaborating with a broader team of specialists.

You will also drive local growth, engage with the community, and leverage Intuit resources to deliver a seamless client experience across in-person and remote services.

Qualifications

• Active credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) and PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience with 30+ returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and tax return preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to serve clients end-to-end.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience onsite and virtually.
