Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem of services. You’ll act as a community ambassador, building a local client base and delivering end-to-end support.

You’ll collaborate with tax professionals, marketing, and product teams to grow the local TurboTax presence and ensure a seamless client experience year-round.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practitioner attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both on-site and virtually.
