Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and connect clients with a broader network of specialists to ensure an end-to-end Intuit experience. As a trusted community ambassador, you’ll build a local client base, grow the TurboTax client footprint, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person meetings and virtual tools.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or attorney with strong tax prep exp.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years, filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must reside within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Engage as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via virtual tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end client support.
