Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, deliver expert tax guidance, and support software use, while coordinating with specialists across the Intuit ecosystem.

You will grow TurboTax’s local client base, build lasting community relationships, and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services, ensuring end-to-end support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns filed using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week; training required.
• Willing to wear company uniforms and be featured in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and virtual.
