Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver full-service tax return preparation onsite, advise clients, and connect them with Intuit’s broader ecosystem. You will also drive local growth, organize community events, and foster long-term relationships with clients.

Based in a TurboTax location, you’ll work with a team of tax professionals, using TurboTax software and marketing tools, while providing exceptional service year-round.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years with 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to grow into additional services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prep for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning services.
• Deliver excellent, end-to-end customer experience.
• Engage with community and marketing efforts.
