Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a California location.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, offer expert advice, and collaborate with a broad team to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences for clients both on-site and virtually. You will also drive local growth, build long-term client relationships, and participate in community outreach initiatives with TurboTax marketing tools and resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience
• Active PTIN required by law
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit
• Must sit onsite; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time; minimum 20 hours/week
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms
• Interest in local community presence and content creation for TurboTax
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus and experience in holistic advisory services

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business returns
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, planning and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships
• Represent TurboTax in community events and maintain strong client relationships
