Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide on-site tax guidance, complete tax preparation, and connect clients with the full Intuit ecosystem to ensure year-round support. As a trusted advisor, you’ll build local relationships, drive client growth, and deliver a seamless in-person and virtual service experience using Intuit tools and marketing resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software (Circular 230 familiarity).
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 20 hours/week min (8:00–17:00 local time).
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, covering simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver seamless in-person and virtual experiences.
• Interact with customers both in-person and via Intuit tools to ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in local events and community engagement initiatives with marketing support.
