Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in California.

You will provide in-person tax preparation and expert advice, while growing a local client base and collaborating with specialists across Intuit’s ecosystem. You will sit with customers, understand their financial picture, and coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services to deliver a seamless, year‑round experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/tax advisory with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 local time, ≥20 hrs/week; hours may scale during peak tax season.
• Must complete all required training and development.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow the client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build long-term relationships and trust with clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
