Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a nationwide TurboTax location. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, engage with clients in person and virtually, and coordinate with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience.

You will actively grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and participate in community events while delivering financial guidance and leveraging Intuit tools and resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, at a TurboTax location.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex returns.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with team specialists for a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
