Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at TurboTax locations across the United States.

This role emphasizes in-person service, cross-disciplinary collaboration with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams, and a strong focus on building local client relationships. Onsite availability is required, with typical hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and a commitment of at least 20 hours per

Qualifikationen

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business including compliance training, up-skilling, cross-training, etc.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local client base and lead local events with marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build relationships and deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience across meetings with the right experts.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and assist clients in achieving financial goals.
