Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States.

The role focuses on full-service tax return preparation, in-depth tax advice, and software support, while also driving local client growth and building long-term relationships within the community. You will collaborate with a team of tax and advisory professionals to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences, connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services,

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build long-term relationships and deliver best-in-class customer experience.
