Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location.

You'll help clients navigate complex tax scenarios, build local client relationships, and connect them with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services. You'll work on-site, largely 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, and be part of a team that delivers end-to-end TurboTax experiences to individuals and small businesses within the local

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax prep software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training from Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Grow a local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and Credit Karma.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end, seamless client experiences.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional, trusted advisor presence on-site.
