Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at on-site TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will connect clients with a broader team of specialists, helping individuals and small businesses navigate complex tax scenarios while growing a local client base through community engagement. You will work onsite, primarily 20 hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, in a fast-paced environment that rewards performance with bonuses,

Formación

• Enrolled Agent/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Develop local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
