Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must reside within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be the local community ambassador, building a local client base and relationships.
• Coordinate with specialists in the Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
