Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advisory services, and software support, while engaging with local clients to grow your practice and build long-term relationships. Expect collaboration with a network of tax professionals and access to marketing tools to drive community presence.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/wk.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (simple to complex).
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Act as a community ambassador and grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
