Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at a TurboTax location. You will work with a team to cover personal and business tax scenarios and connect clients with a broader suite of Intuit services.

The role emphasizes local market growth, community engagement, and delivering an end-to-end customer experience both in person and virtually as needed. Minimum 20 hours/week onsite, 8–5 hours, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future planning advice.
• Grow local client base and establish long-term relationships through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience by coordinating with specialists across the ecosystem.
