Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join onsite teams at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while coordinating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience. You will build strong relationships with local clients, grow the TurboTax client base through community engagement, and

Qualifications

• EA, CPA or attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week; peak periods may scale up.
• Willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business including compliance training, proficiency‑based up‑skilling, cross‑training of other products or offerings, and professional development.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms and to use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax‑related content and resources for your community per Intuit policy.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise by giving hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador by growing a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem by connecting clients with related services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build Relationships by establishing long-term trust and repeat business with clients.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience through professional service and clear guidance.
