You will perform full-service tax return preparation, deliver expert tax guidance, and collaborate with a team of specialists to provide end-to-end Intuit support. You will also drive local growth, attract new clients, and foster long-term relationships while leveraging Intuit marketing tools and resources.

Qualifications

• Active tax preparation experience for individuals and businesses.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Requires PTIN as mandated for filing taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build and grow a local TurboTax client base through community engagement.
• Coordinate with in-house tax advisors for complex client scenarios.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
