Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full-service tax return preparation and personalized guidance.

You will partner with a team of specialists while building a local client base through community outreach, events, and partnerships, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience.

This role demands strong tax knowledge, excellent communication, and a willingness to train and grow within Intuit’s ecosystem.

Formación

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours per week.
• Must be willing to wear uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing is encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador and help grow local client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning within the ecosystem.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professional demeanor in person and via video tools.
