Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation, advice, and software support at a local TurboTax location. You will work with individuals and small businesses, coordinating with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.

You will also drive local growth, engage with the community, and help clients understand Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. This role requires on-site presence in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must have tax preparation experience with focus on individuals and businesses.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
