Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States, delivering tax expertise and personalized service to customers.

You will prepare tax returns, provide tax planning and software support, and build relationships within the local community to grow TurboTax’s client base through proactive outreach.

This role is non-exempt and requires onsite presence, with at least 20 hours per week and weekend flexibility.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes and state licenses as needed.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax returns experience using professional software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a front-facing retail setting.
