Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering hands-on tax prep, tax advice, and software support while engaging with the local community to grow the client base. The role emphasizes in-person service, a strong customer experience, and the ability to explain tax concepts in daily language.

Qualifications

• Qualified tax professional with active EA/CPA or attorney license (or eligible)
• PTIN required by law; state licenses/certificates as applicable
• Minimum 3 years of tax filing experience using professional software
• Willingness to work onsite 20+ hours/week at a TurboTax location
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; strong customer-facing skills

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and frontline advisor
• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for diverse client needs
• Build trustful client relationships and grow a local client base through outreach and marketing support
