Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, preparing tax returns, giving tax advice, and supporting customers with TurboTax software in a community-minded setting. You will build a local client base, participate in marketing, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
