Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation and advice, engage with the local community, and help build a loyal client base while representing TurboTax locally. The role emphasizes in-person service, strong tax knowledge, and the ability to connect with customers in everyday language.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Active CPA/EA/Attorney license and PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community through outreach and relationship-building.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and leverage marketing support and TurboTax tools.
