Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers while growing the local client base and community presence. The role emphasizes tax expertise, customer service excellence, and a strong connection with the community, with opportunities for bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must have or obtain applicable state licenses or certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience (1040s).
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location Sunday–Saturday (≥20 hrs/wk).
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep services for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Lead local marketing efforts and grow TurboTax client base with community engagement.
