Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

This on-site role combines tax expertise with community engagement to drive positive financial outcomes and client growth. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, advice, and software support, while building local relationships and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify deductions and planning opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional in-person customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach and engagement.
