Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to assist customers at on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role blends tax expertise with community engagement to help clients prosper.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, advice, and software support, building trust and driving local growth with marketing support. Must reside in the U.S. and be licensed or able to obtain required credentials.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Onsite retail location work experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions, identify deductions, and plan taxes with clients.
• Deliver top-tier customer service and help grow local client base.
