Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

As a local ambassador, you’ll grow the TurboTax client base, build lasting relationships, and lead community outreach.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable using your name for advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Serve as a community ambassador and grow the local client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage with clients both in-person and via video tools to address questions.
