Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, delivering on-site, high-quality tax services at locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while building relationships with clients and local communities. You will collaborate with a broader team of specialists to deliver a seamless Intuit experience, access marketing resources, and grow a local customer base.

Qualifications

• Tax preparation experience with various tax scenarios (personal and business).
• Active credentials (EA/CPA) preferred and PTIN required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end client experiences.
• Deliver high-quality, compliant tax services in-person and virtually.
