Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, delivering on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with a team of tax professionals to understand each client’s financial picture and connect them to Intuit’s full suite of services, including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory options. This role emphasizes client growth, community engagement, and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Must have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Willing to upskill into other service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via remote tools.
