Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation services, share tax advice, and help customers maximize refunds while building local relationships.

Eligible candidates should hold an active EA/CPA/attorney license (PTIN required) and have 3+ years of returns experience. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; on-site, 20+ hours weekly, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be on-site at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week, weekends included.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning advice.
• Grow TurboTax client base by engaging with the local community and leveraging marketing support.
