Job summary

Intuit seeks enthusiastic TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, offer tax advice, and build lasting client relationships while promoting TurboTax products within the local community.

Ideal candidates hold active EA/CPA/attorney licenses, be able to work 20+ hours per week onsite, and engage customers with clear, personalized tax guidance. Bilingual skills in English/Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide full service tax return preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Handle deductions optimization, amendments, and tax planning.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and marketing efforts.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
