Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, helping customers with tax returns, advice, and software support. You will grow the local client base and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.

Active tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney) and PTIN are required, with a minimum 20 hours/week in-store. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; compensation includes performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community and build long-term relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and assist customers with tax-related questions.
• Interact with customers using TurboTax tools and marketing support.
