Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide in-person tax prep and advisory services, engage with the local community, and help grow TurboTax’s client base through proactive outreach and excellent service.

Ideal candidates have an active EA/CPA/attorney license with 3+ years of tax filing experience, PTIN, and willingness to work in a front-facing retail setting. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes; state licenses may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (1040s).
• Onsite requirement: 20+ hours per week at TurboTax retail locations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice in-person.
• Assist clients with deductions, planning, and complex tax scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build local client base.
