Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advisory, and software support while building a local client base and collaborating with a team of specialists. You will leverage TurboTax tools to deliver end-to-end service, engage with the community, and grow your practice within the local market, with strong emphasis on customer experience and ongoing

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with pro tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hrs/week.
• Willing to complete training and development as directed by business.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base via outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and support in-person and virtually.
