Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. The role focuses on hands-on tax preparation, personalized advice, and building a local client base while delivering exceptional customer service.

You’ll engage with customers in-person, leverage tax software tools, and collaborate with marketing support to grow the business in your community. This is a non-exempt, on-site position with potential for bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax compliance.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/location, including Sundays, ~20 hours weekly.

Responsabilités

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and a client‑centric approach.
• Grow TurboTax client base via local and online engagement, leveraging marketing support and tools.
