Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, advisory services, and community outreach to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

This non-exempt, on-site role involves serving clients in a fast-paced retail environment, building a local client base, and leveraging marketing support to foster growth for you and the community.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients achieve financial goals.
• Interact with customers in-person and through Intuit’s video tools; address inquiries and tax-related challenges.
