Intuit is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax return prep, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers while building a local client base.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll help clients navigate complex tax situations, grow the TurboTax footprint in your community, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador in the local area.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
