Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to help customers with on-site, in-person tax preparation at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and assist customers in navigating tax rules using TurboTax tools. You will also act as a community ambassador, attracting new clients and building long-term relationships with local residents while leveraging marketing support from TurboTax.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations, including complex federal/state filings.
• Build relationships with local community members to grow TurboTax client base and referrals.
