Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to manage recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle, acting as the liaison for candidates and associates. You will maintain strong relationships, recognize performance, and ensure client delivery meets KPI/SLA targets.

A high school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years in the service provider industry are required. Excellent organizational and communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and a track record in customer service are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, with 3–5 years of service industry experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and databases; able to learn new software.
• Process- and KPI-oriented with strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings and maintains candidate pipeline.
• Conducts behavioral interviews and assesses fit.
• Builds relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Supports onboarding and candidate guidance.
• Ensures compliance with laws and company policies.
