Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates during recruiting, onboarding, and assignment. You will manage relationships, ensure KPI/SLA targets, and drive client delivery across the onboarding lifecycle.

Responsibilities include posting jobs, interviewing candidates, building a talent pipeline, and guiding candidates through onboarding while maintaining accurate records. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of equivalent work experience.
• Preferred 2–5 years in service-provider industry with proven customer-satisfaction and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placement.
• Completes candidate hiring/onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Extends offer and negotiates compensation/bill rate.
• Facilitates interviews with candidates and clients.
• Maintains candidate records in the tracking database.
