• Administers job postings in various systems and maintains candidate information.
• Builds relationships with passive and active candidates and conducts behavioral interviews.
• Assesses candidates for qualification match, cultural fit, and client requirements.
• Performs candidate searches, analyzes results, and adapts to meet client needs.
• Assists candidates with resumes, interview prep, and onboarding processes.
