Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States seeks an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates throughout recruiting, onboarding and assignment lifecycle. This role focuses on satisfaction, strong relationships, and ensuring client delivery.

You will meet KPI/SLA targets, assist with resumes and interview prep, and support development programs while coordinating with client teams across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3-5 years of equivalent work experience are required.
• Two to five years in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and databases.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Builds and maintains relationships with candidates and clients.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates.
• Assists candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching.
• Completes candidate onboarding processes per requirements.
• Maintains candidate records and reports KPIs/SLAs.
